Cold Permanent Neutralizer

CONTAINS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Use suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. After the effect of the perm medicine, rinse with plenty of water.

2. With BEL – FIX, wet the bicouti hair one by one and leave them for 7 minutes (for long hair, use double amount).

3. Remove the bicouti, wet your hair with BEL – FIX and leave it for 3 minutes.

4. Rinse your hair with plenty of warm water.
