Orders are delivered within 1 – 3 business days throughout Greece, with the corresponding shipping costs.
Delivery time may vary by availability or for reasons of force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Returns policy
You have the right to return one or more products within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. In case of return of the product, fill in the form and contact us in order to inform us about the reasons of the return and the service you desire. In case that your return is not due to fault of our company,you will be charged with the cost of returning the products. In case the reason of your return is a mistake of the company, we are charged with the full cost of the return.
Refund: You have the right to request a refund to your account within 14 calendar days which will take place as soon as we receive the product along with the purchase receipt which we have sent you and if the product is in the same condition it was shipped to you, not used.
Replacement: We will do our best to replace the product you returned to us whether this product is defective (same code, with the possibility of changing the size or color), or you have been sent the wrong code, or for any other reason you can fill in the form (select Change to Return Form). For the best possible service, we recommend that you proceed to replacement, within 24 hours from the date you received the product.
Procedure for returning a product
From the day of receiving the product you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return it or not. In case of return of all or part of the order, please fill out the form.
It is necessary when you return a product, to let us know the order number, the product code, as well as your desire for change, so that we can serve your request accurately and as soon as possible.

Note:
* In case that a replacement of the product is not possible due to unavailability, we will contact you for alternative options.
* All returned products must be in their original condition, inside the delivery package as well as without missing any of the packaging materials (jellies, lids, etc.)
* The responsibility for the return of products lies solely on the customer. That is why you must make sure that the product is very well packaged when it is returned.
