Oil is produced from walnut kernels by cold pressing. The homeland of the plant is considered to be the territory of modern Iran; currently, the walnut grows in the Balkans, Moldova, in the southern part of Ukraine, in the Crimea, along the entire coast of the Black and Mediterranean Seas. Walnut oil is a natural leader in the content of vitamin E and fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, accounting for up to 77% of its substance. It also contains retinol and carotenoids, vitamins C, B, micro- and macroelements – iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and others.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

How to use:<\/b><\/p>\n

Precautions: check for individual intolerance.<\/b><\/p>\n

Vegetable oil can be used alone, mixed with other vegetable oils, or as a base for essential oils.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Enrichment of cosmetics<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

For 10 ml (2 tsp) of a cosmetic product or for 100 ml of shampoo or balm – up to 10 drops of vegetable oil.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Face masks<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Apply to face along massage lines. The procedure takes 15-20 minutes.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Facial cleansing<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Moisten a cotton pad with hot water, squeeze, apply fatty oil on it, wipe the skin with a cotton pad along the massage lines.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Face and body massage<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The oil is used to directly massage the body, including the face, neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The proportion of enrichment of the base oil with essential oil: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of base oil – 3-5 drops of essential oil; 30 ml of base oil – 12-30 drops of essential oil; 50 ml of base oil – 30-50 drops of essential oil.<\/b><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
